Return policy

Because our deckboxes are made to order and may include custom material, color, finish, or part selections, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

We accept returns or replacements only for defective items or items shipped incorrectly. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Defects may include broken parts on arrival, missing components, or parts that do not fit or function as intended due to a manufacturing issue.

Minor layer lines, small cosmetic variations, slight color differences, visible seams, or damage caused by dropping, crushing, excessive heat, rough handling, or misuse are not considered defects. Our deckboxes are intended for normal tabletop and storage use and are not designed to withstand drops or heavy impact.

Approved defective or incorrect items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

The switch or door is hard to open or close

Our deckboxes are printed with snug tolerances so they hold securely and account for normal wear over time. After some use, the moving parts may loosen slightly.

Each unit is tested before shipping to make sure it opens, closes, and functions as intended.

Why are tokens sold separately?

Tokens are two-tone prints made at a higher quality setting than most other parts. Because of this, they take longer to print and are produced separately from deckboxes.

As our production capacity increases, we plan to improve this process.

What are PLA and PETG?

PLA is a rigid 3D printing material with a clean finish and strong color representation. PETG is generally more flexible and impact-resistant.

Currently, we only offer PLA while we focus on quality, fit, and color consistency.

How long are processing times?

Processing times vary based on demand, material availability, and print complexity.

In general, deckboxes take 1–2 weeks to process, while custom prints may take 1–3 weeks. We work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible while maintaining quality.
